Actually, the best way is to just use 1/4 cup brown rice and 1/3 cup water to each jar then cook the closed jars in a pressure cooker or just boil in a big pot with tin foil and metal spacers in the bottom, let boil for like an hour and a half then remove from heat and let the water and jars cool.
