Am gonna give hydroponics ago
Not ah big room 1.2x.6x1.8H mtr,But properly done,So as far as reflective,heat etc films go would appreciate a bit of that time n tested knowledge that's out there

Definitely not the mylar, it will make for "hot spots". I prefer the panda film option myself were I limited to those choices. The white plastic 4x8 foot sheeting they sell at the hardware store is a more durable solution thats easy to clean, it's like 1/16" to 1/8" thick depending on what you pick. This is just one example, this one has the self adhesive backing, they make other types too as well as strips for corners and seams. If interested take a trip to the local hardware store and see what they have near you. Kitchen and Bath section.

Good stuff.

There is a Flat white ceiling paint that reflects at the same rate as the High cost "Panda" film.

Lots cheaper and you'll have "left overs" for repairs...
