What's going on with my babies?

Hi, this is my first experiment.

Got some USED flower soil mixed with fresh store bought compost and planted 2 seedlings. One of them seems to be more crippled than the other (the one on the back actually looks quite healthy to me). What do you think is the problem? I'm keeping the cripple closer to the lights hoping it would benefit from that, used to swap positions daily when they were equally developed, but one is clearly falling behind.

I'm learning from my mistakes while at the same time still trying to make the best out of what i have (I know it's not a proper growing medium etc). First I didn't have a fan, one of my plants grew long too quick and fell ower under its own weight so I got a fan for them asap. I know I also probably packed the soil too hard, added some nutes in a grain form or w/e (it's supposed to dissolve over time and I'm hoping it will last long and consistently enough not to kill the plants straight away or starve them later - i couldn't find proper nutes from my local store).

PS! They are 2 differnt strains - big bang autoflower and super skunk autoflower. I don't know which is which, i'll leave it for a surprise :)
