What's going on with my seedlings?

I am having several early problems with my seedlings. I'm growing GHS big bang, the church and arjans haze #3 and barneys blue cheese. The blue cheese is doing OK but the big bang and haze have both started some serious drooping, I'm not sure why, as for the church I have no idea what's going on, its looked the same for the last 5 days, just hasn't started. These are to be going outside when ready, and are sat on the windowsill for light, not ideal I know but what I have always done and had no problems before. Done a few grows and not had these problems before. you only thing different this time is the use of those little decomposable pots. I am getting a tad concerned and if anyone has any knowledge on these problems they wish to share, would be greatly appreciated.

Shall do. I'll tie them up n all. Any ideas about the church? The first serrated leaves after the cotyledons are there but small, curled and not properly open and have been like that for 5 days but is still alive. baffled

Have tied them up to cocktail sticks but now the blue cheese is getting the droop. getting worried now. please help
