Whats happening is my plant dying first timer here need assistance or advice

means the bottom of the plant is not getting enough light which will always happen what type of light u got?
 
I dont have a feeding schedule been asking what I should use just soil and water and today was my first day switching to 12 12 light scehdule from 18-6
