Try searching for the term supercropping. Googling "supercropping" and click the 4th result(the web addy includes the term 420, not sure if it's okay to directly link to another forum) had a decent tut IMHO. I'd give better advice but I just found out about this yesterday myself.

well i figured why dont everyone do this?. I mean, The whole idea is to get more lumens to every part of hte plant. So what if u bunched up all the nodes/branches and made more space . So thats less space, with same or more light.

Someone would be able to put 4 plants in a 2x2 and bunch up each plant and have a really good light source to the bottom nodes and also be able to use a smaller light setup.

If u have a smaller space , u have more reflection to the lower nodes.

why doesnt everyone grow suppercrop

Depends on the kind of plant, I like to use topping and slight bending for my plants. If I get 2 zips/plant, I'm happy enough and it's far less maintanence for me.
