Whats the best high powered leds as of today ?

As topic says,

I'm thinking about building me some LED lights, and would like to know were i could find the best leds suited for growing?

thinking of doing 5x100w or 4x 200w led panels.

I'm reading knna's guide for building leds, but havent found a good place that sells the right type of leds. any one with experience of building their own lights, feel like sharing a nice site were i can find all i need?

Thinking of using Red, Deep red, Orange, Blue, Royal blue, warm & cool white( 2700k/6500k)

Functunality, Need to have atleast two switches so all led wont be on when the plants are in veg, and then give them a good boost during flowering.

Also trying to figure out a simple watercooling block for really effective cooling, very much like the computer water cooling parts out there.

Have a design planed out in my head, will try and put it on paper for you guys so we can come up with a cheap and nice way of making this possible for every one =)
