I'm trying something new by using a Spin Pro / Handy trimmer to harvest. My usual method s to hand/scissor trim bud's with stem on, then hang dry for 3-6 days with the ac set to 75 degrees and with my air scrubber venting out, then I remove the bud from stem then glass jar cure until I feel it's ready.
This will be my first time using the Spin Pro / Handy trimmer and I just want to make sure I do everything right during drying so as not to ruin the smell of my high end OG Kush. I will be building drying racks using basic wood trim boards and window screen. My questions are:
1. while drying on the screen & in the dark, should I still vent my air scrubber out? will it remove too much humidity from my room? (the region i live in is southern cali, weather rt now is approx. 60degrees (i also have the option to scrub the air without venting out)
or do u suggest that since I am drying on racks & off the stem, should I use a humidifier to add humidity to my room, meanwhile keeping the air scrubber recirculating...or venting out, or just plain off?
