Whats Too much Energy?

Okay so I have been very curious as to what is too much electricty. Basically, how much energy could I devote to running equipment. I was wondering what 2 1000 watt hps running 12 hours a day which i believe would be 24kw a day along with 400 watt mh 20 hours a day for 29kw. Probably consider in some energy and will say its using 35kw a day on equipment. Should I be worried about the cops or electric company?

i would think ur fine... jus pay ur bill.. its computer generated so i dont even think any1 looks at ur bill... they r happy to supply u with as much hydro as u want as long as u pay on time and dont steal it.. if the cops look at it ur already busted and they r lookin for more evidence to get a warrent.. lok at ppl who get hot tubs.. they r mad hydro and cops aint there lookin around
