Whats with these lights!?!?

I purchased these 28" dual light system. I purchased One cool light bulb and one warm light bulb...problem is IDK how to hook up a power source to it...LOL, please only answer if your ganna help...if not keep it to yourself...i attached photos for you guys to be better able to help me out here...thanxz

First off are where are you located ? Is it a 120 volt light or a 230 volt light ? If you are in the US it should be a 120 volt light and you just need to connect the white and black wires up to a lamp cord. I can't see the connector well enough but you can see if there is 2 holes where you can just slide the wires from a lamp cord into or maybe some screws to loosen up.

If all else fails just cut the orange connector off and wire your power cord up with wire nuts to the black and white wires, then plug it in and you shall see light.
