Whats wrong with these plants

I'm just wondering what are going on with these 2 plants one of them the leaves are starting to get discolored and the other one I'm wondering if the purple is normal and what caused the leave to turn yellow at the tip
Idk if you can tell but if you look at the edges and middle it kinda looks off and in person it looks off or I might be tripping
