What's wrong with these

The leaves are fine just don't know what went wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Strain is Tahoe

No shit huh.. But seriously all of the tahoes are like this. I have 10 and all 10 are like this. The other strains are ok except for the Tahoe.. Anyone know what could cause this?
