Whats wrong with this Afghan bitch?

I'm about 4 weeks in. Water it when it needs it (pot weight) and have only hit it with nutes 2-3 times since it came from clone (think it's about 2 months old w/ flower time).

I know plants are supposed to start yellowing near the middle or end, but this doesn't look like that to me. It's weird how it's yellowing, starting in the center spike and working back, then going to the remaining spikes of the leaf. Plus there are spots forming before the yellowing begins or gets severe.

I'm thinking pH or Nutrient lockout. But want some more opinions before I mix up some clearex and flush it.

Pics of the damage and threw in some frosty bud porn for good measure.

Do you flush your soil before you use it?

I'd put money on that your soil is too acidic.

I don't flush it before use. I'm using FF Ocean Forrest. I checked the pH about a week before this happened and the runoff was 6.7, water that went in was 7.0 distilled water.

From what it looks like it's only those two leaves that are yellowing. so cut them off and wait to see if it continues.

Sounds good in the ph...And I use FF too, but I still give a good flush, even though they claim it's ph nuetral, sometimes I wonder.

It could just be a genetic disposition, a lot of strains resist nutrients, or they don't react well to ANY ph fluctuations.

For example, I've got two northern lights and one white widow, all started at the same time, treated exactly the same....the NL's are fucking soilders, and the WW spots and turns yellow and drys out if I so much as sneeze on it.

It started with older growth. All of the large original fan leaves are dead and gone because of this. Removing them doesn't keep it from spreading.

Whole plant pic posted.

--edit--
Does it look like early stages of zinc def. on the top? If I'm getting multiple mineral def. symptoms I would think it has to be nutrient lockout.

You still have plenty of fan leaves, should finish up just fine....and don't remove them, then they'll just move on to another one...let 'em finish wrecking the ones they're on..heh

that's a way better pic you'll do just fine. I was saying cut those leaves that were really dead that's all

Haven't done anything to correct this yet, if there is a solution. Still seems to be about the same today, maybe a little more yellowing all around.

Buds are nice and dense though, when lightly squeezed I smell my fingers and they smell strongly of lemon or fruit. very sticky too. DELICIOUS!

No one? Guess I'm just gonna flush it and see then. Looks pretty bad today so something is going on. Plus it doesn't look like the buds are growing anymore.

I got the same shit going on. Im like a week or 2 away from harvest so Ive given up on trying to fix it.

When I first noticed the spots I flushed and flushed. At first my run out was 4.7 but Ive been able to keep it at 6-6.4. Then added some lime but it still spread. Now I have no real big fan leaves but enough greenery to finish the plant at least.

I was thinking mag deficiency or lockout from my Ph before flushing.

Im using FF potting mix with a dash of bone/blood meal 6-6-0, FF trio nutes.

Im done adding nutes just molasses and flushes.

Heres a pic of when it started....:wall:
