Whats your thoughts on using green lights during plants sleep

Whats your thoughts on using green lights during plants sleep...

Is it really ok to be goin in there and turning these green lights on or should this be only done as a last result?

The green light wont interfere with the plants night cycle, but only in small doses... If you constantly expose the plants to it, you're gonna run into some problems... Say you have a problem in your grow room and its late, then yes you can go in with a green light without disturbing them..... but don't make it a habit. Do all your grow room work and maintenance in the plants LIGHT cycle!

yea thats what i was thinking just needed a second opinion... from time to time i go in before the lights are on to give them their feeding for the day but this is maybe twice a week and like an hour or so before the big lights turn on, doing this shouldnt be cause for concern????
