Wheels Up-My first go at it

Not much for take offs, but here we go: First Grow

Running the gauntlet with 2 things in play.

Have a Quicktent (2x4x4) with 6 clones going for a 10 days on some Rockwool cubes. Not too optimistic for these puppies. Not rooting yet (maybe I'm anxious), and looks like I may have some powder mildew in play. If that's the case, I'm not fighting it and dumping them for some rooted bitches who's name I would know (hehe). But here's them:

My other apparatus is a Argo 5x5x6.5. Have 4 doing fairly well that are 10 days into flower. Running 600w Big Kahuna. Temp at 78 with Rh at 36-41. Patiently waiting to see my babies flowers.
Here they are:

I think I was a little heavy on watering and nutes (using full dose) and got a little burn. Decided to flush and let them dry out a bit (bucket test) and they are looking much better. Waiting another day or two to water again. Ph using "dr who's" gadget was way off. Said I was 6.5 when I find out I was 5.3 (crap). So I now have my juice at 6.2-.3 and I am anxious to open up their pours a little bit.

Anyhow, thanks for looking.

So far, so good. It seems to me your hps is a bit high for best lighting, perhaps others will chime in to confirm? Temperatures? At canopy level?

Those clones look massive. I prefer smaller ones as then they can fit in a propagation container which helps raise the humidity.

Looks may be deceiving. They are about 6" tall. They are in a domed container. They've been humid as hell which I believe is the reason for the powder. Cloning may not be my bag. We shall see.

Keep at it man. You'll find it is easy as. I've used the technique below and have had 100% success so far. I just don't use as much light as they do ni generally just chuck them in a tent with a light already running.

Keep at it.

One other thing I cant remember if it mentions it in that link is to scrap the outside by where you have cut. I also split the stalk at the end into a v.

Hey Now! A little update with porn (lol, rookie).

So flowering is off without a hitch. Into week 3 and looking better every day (knock on wood). Replanted the clones the other day, which rooted pretty well. More up the sides and top of the rockwool cubes, but rooted.

Here's some pics:

And I think I'm seeing signs of 2 different strains here. I'm no expert, but the flowering speed and size are common in pairs (2+2). Looks to me besides flower size, the leaves seem a tad different in structure. Maybe one of you "smart guys" can make a comment?
