When are buds supposted to appear?

I need some reassurance that im doing this right, or someone to tell me im doing it wrong lol This is white widow and has been under 12/12 for about 2 weeks now, there is a good amout of pistils comming out of this stinky girl, i would like more but....
anyways i was wondering if im doing this wrong because i havent seen any buds starting to form, im not sure when they start forming but i thought i would have some by now. i tried to take some pics that would help but i have a shitty camera.

Assuming there are no light leakage issues, it should be any day now.

Some strains are more stubborn than others.

Patience.
