When do fungus gnats lay their eggs?

I went to sleep and there was nothing in my room. In fact, earlier that day I cleaned my entire room from top to bottom. I woke up about 5 hours later and noticed fungus gnat adults flying in my room about 15-20. Some got stuck in the flytrap, some were on the floor of the growrooom, some were on the wall and the others were on the window. I probably killed all of them...for now...since I'm expecting more.

My question is at what stage do they lay their eggs? Am I too late?

Dr doom spider mite knockout will kill them just got ride of some not too long ago.

Anyone know when these things actually lay their eggs?

they lay there legs after sex lol you probably will have some eggs in the soil already they dont mess about. You can by some sticky strips and lay on the top soil of ur plants. This will kill loads of them and does the trick for me.
