Hey guys just need to really know when to put my babies on to flowering?
They are currently 1 foot tall and very strong and healthy, I have 6 in a hydroponic system and 2 in compost (Ran out of room) So do I flower them now??
Also can anyone give an indication of how much weight I should be expecting??

Thanks all

too many possibilities about havest wieght to tell you. how tall is your grow enviornment. your trees at most triple in height. if you only have X amount of space you have to figure in everything. the highest you can hang your light, the space needed between your lighting and tops of your trees, how tall your trees are, and the height of what they are potted in. sit down and write it all out and if you are having any problems figuring it out, drop us a line and we will assist. PEACE! remember your trees at most will triple but most will only double.

The height of my grow room is 2 meteres high no wrys about the weight!!
So do you recomend I flower them now? I think with the light in there and the hydro system they probably have around a meter maybe more to grow in to what do you think?

If they get too tall during vegg state you will have problems getting light to the bottom of the plants. Therefore you will have hardly any buds near the bottom. In my opinion if you vegg longer it just makes the process take that much longer and more susceptible to mistakes.

i agree, after my recent first harvest i had lots of insignifigant buds at the bottom, and i mean LOTS. 400w hps just couldnt penetrate.

I say flower it now. I only have one plant growing in my room, and I'm using a cfl. It's only about 5 or 6 in. tall, with 6 nodes growing, and I just recently put it on 12/12.

i usually give them about 12 inches, then turn down ,unless you have a very powerful light and room,my girlfriends son, lets his go to about three feet before he flowers, and all he gets is a lot of stems and crap, down below, waste of power, time, and longer for bad things to happen,he still get a fair yeild but he has a lot of plants, and i am not into spending ages growing huge stems,as the light can only penetrate so far depending on size of lamps etc,at present i am growing god bud which does not stretch that much, when put on 12/12,but if you want to grow huge plants,go outdoors,my outside plants are fucking huge or would be if i had not trained them, now i have very wide but fairly low considering the outdoor sativas in this climate can be fucking tree like if you let them go without any training.
but indoors i stay around that 12 in mark, and seem to get decent yeilds, enough to keep me happy anyway, but different strokes for different folks i guess.
