When is the right time????

i got these new seeds just picked striaght out of the bags i get nice heads. i wanna know when is the right time to stop vegin and start flowering like how tall should the plant be when its done veging and how many weeks would that be around also how long should i flower for and can i even start flowering when ever i want to?

aslong as you have the room you can let it go as big as you want....

i am coming up to starting my secound grow so not a pro by any means but have read alot of threads , i let my first lot get about half a meter and ended up with a pretty good yeild..

When its 1/3-1/2 the size you want it to be...they can triple in size when flowered
