When should I harvest

How long y'all think till these buds are ready to harvest? I have to plants 11&1/2 weeks old. Says 10 2 12 weeks online

I'll have to walk all the back out there I'm guerilla growing and try not to keep too many pictures of plants for obvious reasons

Are the autos? If not thats 10-12 weeks in flower not from sprout. And thats for indoors under controled conditions.

Can’t help you sorry, doesn’t look anywhere near done, but I can’t estimate how far along it is without seeing the whole plant really
