When should I plant the seeds (Central Europe)?

I have a few questions. It's my first time growing cannabis and I'm wondering when do you guys start with germination? It's going to be March soon, days are getting slowly warmer. I live in Central Europe. Is it okay to start with the seedlings indoors and put them outside during the days and take them indoors during the nights? I read that if the plants are grown indoors it takes roughly 2 months for them to be mature for induction of flowering phase (Instead of 18/6 regimen switching to 12/12 regimen). If that is true than I wonder why plants grown outdoors only flower in the fall if they are planted in spring? Are they simply in vegetative mode all these months before starting to flower in fall? Or is it possible to start flowering sooner if you plant it earlier in the year?

Yes its a good question, seems that spring has arrived early but a tricky one cos early morning it was -3 today...so maybe too early to plant out but I think you can start germinating seeds. Not sure when to plant them out though...

They flower at 12/12 or when the dark period is long enough to initiate flowering based on genetics ...you can plant indoors whenever you want to get a bigger bush. It will veg until daylight lessens in the fall..its a little too early to plant outside imo but you can veg indoors as long as you want. You can flower sooner by bringing them indoors or covering..if done 12/12 from seed they will start to flower when sexually mature, taking about 3 weeks
