whenever they need them lol id say give it a low strength (like 1/4) maybe 3-4 week in about. I started feeding mine when i noticed they were starting to yellow. Im pretty sure theres signs that they need fert before they start yellowing, but this was my first grow this year so i didnt really look into it much
