When should NC expect medical marijuana?

I know that they are working on it for our state but i cant seem to find any info about when we should expect it to come into action, then we got to wait for the shops to open up and sell it, or could be still buy it from dealers?

oh, essentially thats bullshit. Pretty much no one even knows about it, and even those that do dont get stamps... because who is going to go buy stamps for an illegal drug?
