When to harvest

So I’m a few weeks into flowering and have noticed a ton of orange hairs popping up. I’m wondering when is a good time to harvest pics below

I’m currently 4 weeks since first signs of flower I feel like 14 weeks is a bit to long wouldn’t my plant be dead by then? Or at least deteriorating

Honestly it really depends on the plant. Sativa dominant plants can easily take 14ish weeks to finish flowering. I’ve ran plants to 16 weeks before, and know people who have had plants go to 20.
