When to take plastic wrap off?

Okay, so I'm a first time grower and I got through one of the most impatient parts.

Waiting for the seed to sprout.

I'm growing an autoflower Northern Lights. They are in 3 gallon pots and were planted in those pots (read that they don't like transplants)

Put some plastic wrap over pots they are in (1 in each pot) and 2 have sprouted and popping through the dirt.

When do I take the plastic wrap off? I don't want to do it to early.

I am guessing it is to create a humidity dome of sorts.

Next time I would start in solo cups. Be patient with them and don't expect visible growth for a while. They will spend some time developing roots in that pot before growing above soil much.
