If it's outdoor, how do you know it's week 7 of flower? There's no way to tell when the plant "flipped". Once you can see flowers, it's been in flower mode already for anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks.
Looks skinny but healthy and good. Hard to tell from the pics but I'd say give her another week.
Edit: had another look and I'd say at least a couple weeks for the first pic and the second one is looking close if not done.
