Where Do I Find High Quality Strawberry Plugs?

So I was reading in a hydroponic magazine (forget which one though) that you shouldn't buy strawberry seeds but rather, strawberry starter plugs. Anyone know of a reputable online dealer?

If you want alpine strawberries you start them from seed. Hybrid strawberry seed will not grow and must be started from root stock. I am told that alpine strawberries are smaller and much tastier. I hold to start some soon myself.
