Where do I get a Sulfur Candle/ Get ride of powdery mildew

trying to find out where I get a sulfur candle instead of using a sulfur burner i guess they are not for sale in California Or i need to know how to get ride of powdery mildew Any thing helps

why arent burner for sale in cali? theres some stuff called neem oil i heard it works well but i personally onloy have used the sulfur burners with success
