go with econolight, you can get a 150 hps shipped for 25$. mount it so or remote wire it and set it up with a reflector or a tube. i forgot who it was but i stole/borrowed this idea from someone else on this forum, i just added a second bulb to kick the 150 to 300 and cover a little more room. this might sway ur decision
