Where's a place where I can buy low 1%> THC hemp seeds? I live in the U.S. I don't want the sterilized seeds. I want to grow this hemp.

no. The reason why I want hemp is so that I can practice growing. if i get good at growing hemp, i will be good at growing marijauna, since they are the same plant, Cannabis Sativa.

Dude just get some bagseeds and grow weed! Thats like taking the streets to get downtown when you can take the freeway! If your worried about legal issues then thats different. Goodluck!

Just grow some bagseeds man, if you are going to buy seeds why not just buy marijuana seeds and not hemp?
There is no better practice than practicing on the exact same plant you will grow

Look for Ruderalis. I've seen it for sale at one of the seed banks. I looked thru at least 20 sites, so I don't remember which one it was.
But, why waste you time growing "fucking rope" ? Also, it won't be quite the same, as Ruderalis is auto-flowering. The good stuff needs to be on 12/12 lighting to flower (unless you get a strain crossed with Ruderalis to autoflower.)
I mean, why not use some bag seed or other cheap seed from a seed bank. I highly recommend you experiment with the real thing. It's not hard. I just threw some beans in some dirt and learned as I went, grew some mind numbing shit.
When I saw they sold Ruderalis, I thought it was a joke. Then I thought, hey that would be a good joke. Grow some plants to about 18" high, then transplant them into someone's yard.
A mild joke would be, to let them think they are growing good weed. They care for it, nourish it, trim it, water it, waiting for it to ripen. Then they harvest, dry and cure....then light up....smoking half an oz trying to catch a buzz. All they get is a fucking headache.
If you really want to fuck someone, call the cops on them. They'll get just as busted for shwag as they will for good shit.
