Where to get you Dr. Recommendation in the Inland Empire(victorville,Rancho Cucamong)

Okay, my reccomendation expired today. Im from San Francisco and i am here in the I.E. now. Is there a place to renew for 40-50.00??? Ive been looking, but i could use some help asap.

Also where or where can i get some quality meds? Ive been to the two on D st. "next level" is the only obe ive been too.

I know im new without a lot of posts any help is appreciated.
