which has better yields in general sog or scrog

hello fellow stoners
just a quick question and that is what has better yields usually sog or scrog?

ive done a few scrog grows now and had pretty ok results from it, but i was thinking
of doing a sog grow instead i know its a lot quicker but i didnt really want to do it before just in case i got busted but if the yields are much better i would consider doing a sog grow instead

i like the sea of green. plants in one gallon pots. veged for 1 week and packed in a tray. you can get 1 zip a plantthat way if you have gud lighting.

or youcan do bigger plants but then you have to veg longer all around i think its a win win with the sea of green
