Hey, I'm getting ready for my first attic grow some place special and was wondering which of these would be better?

Basically, I'm deciding between Northern Soul and Northern Lights.
If any of you out there have had any experience with these I'd appreciate your input!
As for the grow room, It's surrounded in a reflective surface, a central 400w light and fan's. I'm going to water them myself and have some water globes to help with when I'm away. I'm only looking for a simple first grow... and this is it.
