Which light for fastest cloning/T5-8 or 400W MH

If you had to buy a new light that was going to be used over your 24 site cloner, which one would you buy and why. The price is about the same and so are the watts it will be using.

Im trying to get my program on a fast turn around as i grow for a few medical patients.

Im looking to get my clones to veg to 16" as fast as possable before i move then to the flower room. Thanks all
 
t-5's use the least ammount of energy, and also don't produce heat so they can get super close. They are also friggen bright!

T-5's are prolly the best, but pretty expensive.
