I wonder if their policy has since changed. I must ensure that I don't buy any seeds from them as I am in need of new seeds.

there are a lot of breeders in Canada . can you find one local ? herbies head shop is good . not local

hemp depot has a huge selection from breeders around the world including many canadian breeders! good reputation and great genetics. i dont know how to do the link thing but google them!
