Which strain is right for me?

It will be my first grow. Indoors most likely in a grow tent in a washer/dryer closet that would fit a stackable washer/dryer, or in an apartment storage shed that has its own door, but its not a room in the house, its a room off the first floor patio so no direct access from inside the apartment. I was thinking of hooking up a ventilation system to a dryer vent from the grow tent, but that is up in the air. I want to keep smell as low as possible, I don't want the height to be too high because I want to possible able to put some hangers up on on the wooden hanger bar (I know anything in the room with wreak but my friend has some "smoking clothes" and other things he doesn't mind storing in the grow closet. I was looking into auto flowering because they are generally each to grow (based on what I found, but please correct me if I am wrong), this is supposedly because the lights can stay the same throughout the grow and other environmental factors don't have as bad of an effect on auto flowers. Plus they tend to yield a decent amount. I want to do between 2 and 4 plants. I am looking for 2 strains I can grow that the same time in the same conditions, not including nutes and stuff just be on the same flowering cycle so I can have the same light times all in one grow area. My roommate and "cooperative grower" loves the euphoric, uplifting and energetic day time high, while I have never smoked before, but would also like the same type of uplifting and energetic high while also helping me pay attention to relive my ADHD, in addition I would like to know a strain that will help me get to sleep. Based on my limited knowledge, an indica will provide me with the sleep, while a saliva will provide the uplifting daytime we and my roommate desire. Autoflowering are mixed with Ruderalis, so I know there will be a difference between the original strain and the Auto version. I know indicas are shorter and wider which would be best for my area, but he likes (and I would like to try) a saliva which grows taller so I am very open to suggestions that are mixed between all three cannabis plants. I have no knowledge on which specific strains do what so I am asking for a little advice from anyone who knows a thing or two. My roommate likes a fruity taste that has hints of some pine, but that is not a deal breaker so I will consider all Autoflowering suggestions based on the above info. I was looking at Auto Great White Shark but idk anything about how it effects people, whether its more of a couch-lock or if its energetic. Thats pretty much all the info I could come up with over the course of a week so I am going directly to the source of knowledge within Rollitup community. Please give me any and all suggestions. Hi mate, welcome to RIU. If you want a good sativa a decent one ive tried is Ace seeds 'Golden Tiger'. A nice euphoric uplifting smoke. I dont know if its available in a auto seed. Hazes are good but they can take a while longer than your usual strain, or so ive heard ive never done one myself. Fruity tastes ive had are from lemon kush, lemon haze.
Ask your roomate what strains he had that he liked and have a look into them.
A good strain for sleep is a heavy indica cheese. I use blue cheese myself. though that is a smelly plant. If you would like odour control outside of your setup, an ozone machine is very good, have one myself. I stick it outside the plant room and you cant smell a thing. They are about £80 maybe a little less.
I have never done an auto myself so cant give any info here but im sure someone with experience with autos can chime in and give you some sound advice.
Is your setup going to be soil or hydro?
