It turns on at 10am and off at midnight.its an autoflower I thought they weren't influence by light schedule
They are not, but it looks like it may have started to flower, you didnt say what it was an auto in your post so I didn't know

they will flower regardless of schedule.. most people including myself use a 20/4 or 24hr schedule.. Especially in the early stages to promote as much vegetative growth as possible

It will probably get a little bigger, but be a fairly small yield. Sorry.
ETA: hope I am wrong and she stretches more!

What do you class as small. I only actually need it for a bit of personal do you reckon I could get an ounce off it or is that unrealistic.

Do you think moving the light might help. Also I haven't given it any nutes yet as she didn't look like she needed them.

She looks healthy enough, but with the purple on it's hard to tell the real color of the leaves. You usually know to start adding nutrients when the bottom leaves start to get lighter green

Your irregular 14/10 light schedule may be the reason it flowered early, but there's no way to know. Usually they start flowering around week 4-5. You should have at least 18 hours of light with autos.
