Nice budster! When I enlarge the white sack it gets blurry but my best guess is:
It is a pupal case from a moth larvae that went in there to change to a small moth like a lawn moth or very small moth. If so you may see them flying to lights at night. The top of the white case should be open where the adult made its exit........ no other signs of small moths about? or in the jars? If so, they wont hurt your crop.
Or they may still be in the cases............and will emerge later at room temp
If it is more like an egg that was attached at the base- it would be a relatively large creature. If you put a couple aside at room temp or on the fridge- it may hatch out one way or the other.
