White spots on my sprouts help!!!!!!!!!!!

i came home from work and there was a lot of powdery white stuff on the soil and tiny white spots on my plants please help!!!! i removed the soil off the top and gently rubbed of the white spots on my plants how do keep that stuff gone for good

Mildew or mold. I don't remember how much you dilute it, so search the forum for the answer, but a peroxide bath should take care of it.

Sounds like powery mildew.
