Heck ya I say flip ‘em 
but it’s really an opinion thing..you could’ve flipped them weeks a go.. at this point it’s just a matter of how bigdo you want your plants ? A lot of strains double in size during the flowering stretch so you want to make sure you have enough room in there.

Right now around 55. I plan on knocking it down to 50 tomorrow.
