White Widow in shock 5 days into Flower..

Hi and thanks for reading, would be grateful for any advice on my white widow grow. Just gone into flower last Saturday and the plants are doing well with 3" of growth and flourishing roots bar this 1.

They are in hydro with A & B under a 600W dual spectrum with a don hood, insulated cover, cold air in and out fan extraction with an oscilating fan and a seperate rhino filter and fan out fan out for the room. Lovely and cool, room temp 74-80 C .

Will it perk up or should I bin it ?

to me mate it seems u are feeding it way to much LIQUID NUTES. i would suggesnt lowering your main/MACRO nutes for a week and upping your micro elements/nutes for 1week slighlty and see how u go

Hi Mr G,

Thanks for your reply m8, Am growing white widow on a GT604 NFT hydro tank in rockwool cubes on matting. Roots growing well under the matt now on the other plants. Temp is 76F Humidity is 60% Light is 600W Dual Spectrum HPS under glass in an insulated Don Hood which is fan extracted + oscillating fan + seperate fan/rhino filter for the room. Nuts are hydro A & B, level is 13 on TDS 4, PH is steady at between 5.7 - 5.9 max on my PH meter. Lights are 12" off the plants as hardly any heat even putting your arm against the glass under the lamp. Grow room is 6ft x 4.5 ft. Am watering during 12 hours light for 15 minutes every 2 hours, no water during 12 hours dark.

Thanks for your help,

Stuart

Be careful with white widow strains it is a hybrid that does not like high end feeding. I have had plants that looked worse many moons ago and it bounced back so I would not bin it. And if your efforts are in vain trying to bring that baby back it is a learning experience for you. Your spec numbers are well in their parameters the only one that sticks out is your humidity is at the higher end of where it should be in flowering state. Looks like your getting ca/mag issues. Do you use cal/mag solution to supplement. Some strains have a tendency especially in the first three weeks of flower to manifest ca/mag issues.

Dont feed for one day, tomorrow clean the res with soap and water dry out the res rinse well than go with 25 percent of the nutes you were giving her for two weeks. Also set water for that period to 15 mintues three times a day, one hour after lights one in the middle and one hour before light out. You will be fine
