Who is allowed in my grow rooms?

I'm just wondering who is legally allowed and not allowed to be in my grow rooms? Like someone told me children aren't allowed. What about a friend coming over to help me water? I found someone willing to help me in exchange for free rent, but he will only do it if I can prove he won't get into legal trouble doing it. He doesn't smoke, doesn't have a card, but believes in medical marijuana and is willing to help. Can he?

Get him a card, then you guys can grow more!

children are not allowed in the grow room???? that is laughable. this is why i ignore the legal situation of it. id rather take my chances doing it the old fashioned way than have to fucking two step around some stupid ass maybe it legal maybe its not send us your address while you guess about it, not to mention getting patronized like that. my dad handed me my first bowl at five and its gonna be the same way if i ever have children. fuck some of my earliest memories are of grammas plants on her lanai around the pool.

Yeah, the legal situation sucks, but I gotta deal with it. This guy is the only guy I could find, doesn't want to get a card, and wants to do stuff legal-like. That's good, though, cuz I know he's not going to run off with all my plants and some equipment like the last guy did.

So bottom line: anyone know the legal situation about who's allowed in the grow rooms?

I do not believe it is specifically stated who is allowed and who is not, but if you really want to know, pay a lawyer to find out for you.
