This is my first time to start from clones (instead of from Texas seed, and Texas seed clones), as well as my first time to start with genetics that didn't come from a bag of smoke. And my first time to have money to spend on a grow. Not much, but money.

Strains:
Blue Dream, Ice, Golden Goat, Sour D X OG Kush, Sasquatch, Thai Lights.

  • I decided to put this here in the discussion section since the grow is not set up yet, and if I post it in the regular section it will have 1,000,000 posts before the grow even starts.

    So,
    This will be the first time I have had more than $100 to spend on a grow. And this time I have a Fluorescent light, Halogen light and HPS light all from the beginning. I'm not going to use them all from the beginning, just saying I have them all from the beginning.

    I am ordering stuff on Amazon using devcoins, and I'll probably get a HPS/MH mixed light sometime during flower. Or maybe just a MH to go with my HPS.

    I'll be growing with clones from the store for my first time, just so I can skip a big chunk of waiting on a seedling to grow (I usually grow with Texas bag seed, or clones from my Texas seed). I'll be getting some Milawi seeds for the next grow, and that will be my main breeding stock, which I will mix these store bought clones with (I'll take a few cuttings).

    I am getting a book on microbes (I have never done any research on them) and will still be doing stress testing, as from EVERYTHING I have ever read about plants that get you high says "If you brutalize the plant, it will have more alkaloids". You guys all tell me that THC is not an alkaloid, but that is the way I learned about it growing up, so I'm sorry if my instincts tell me that I am on to something. And super cropping is a perfect example of brutalizing a plant not only raising content, but allowing it to yield more overall flower mass.

    And I will probably (maybe not in this grow, but over time) do some more RC testing, but more professionally. I want to find out if there is a research chem out there that will work as a fertilizer (better than Fox Farm), and since they are full of nitrogen rings and such, something ought to work.

    I am a medical patient, so this will be my medical grow. But I am in Colorado, so it is also recreationally legal


    • Got some Fox Farm "Grow Big".

      I'll be using it on most of my plants, the others (maybe after this grow, maybe a few in this grow) will get RCs and I hope to find one that will work better than Fox Farm
      I might do a few mixed plants also.​

I got some "Grow Big" from amazon, and I can't believe what's in it. Not saying it's bad for the plant, just can't believe that they are getting away with selling us more than 80% water. And 8 EASILY found minerals (basically all of them are just metals, in minute amounts).

I have decided that next grow, I'm making my own fucking nutrient blend. I thought there was something special here.

I am still going to buy the other two Fox Farm nutes and use them, then next grow I will compare results between Fox Farm and home blends.

some advice on those clones throw them away. get a clone from a source that is good. odds are it will grow total bull shit buds. good luck

Lol. It's "The Clone Store" it's kinda what they do...

And I don't care what the genetics are like, I plan on interbreeding and cross breeding with Attitude seeds and these Clones. So, it doesn't matter what I start with. I will pick what I want in the end through breeding.

So far here is the list of what will go into my home made nutrients. I checked and all of them are usable by plants.

Potassium Nitrate
Boron Nitrite
Calcium Phosphate
Magnesium Powder

Now I just have to look up minerals (Iron, Copper, etc) and wait till I get flower nutes to see what the difference is, then order those and I can make my own powder Fox Farm (basically). Plus I will add Research chems to a few plants nutes to see what happens.

I also found a source for bulk chelated metal powder once I can afford it:

No, I was never hiding. I went to Cali and the first thing I did was get a regular legit job that required a social and everything.

Now I live in Colorado.

I'm not "hiding" I just "Can't go back yet". I have been pulled over by cops in various states, and misdemeanors for MJ aren't extraditable.

Is this like Robert? From my home town?

But, I have always been a Dinosaur. And yes, I still want to get a boat and a crew and travel a few continents that way. I never wanted to be a real "Pirate" by definition, I just understand that if you are going to spend a lot of time in the water you have to make your shit look untouchable or you will get fucked with.

The reason I am a dinosaur is because when I was little I used to want to be a T-rex when I grew up (started when I was like 4 or 5). I just used to draw a dinosaur to go with it in school and stuff.

Now it's just more of a "I feel ancient compared to the rest of the world" as far as mentality
