Let ur plants veg outodoors then flower indoor ? these are my plans because the sun is very strong right now in california ??

Ummm err... I would dwarf my plant if i was going to stick it outside... cut off the leaves other than the center spade and it looks like a mint plant.

and what happens if they bring in pests that at first you dont see..?

i think the days are to short and it would flower. put a mini greenhouse over it and you will have a harvest in may-june. i did this last year. it worked.
