has we see in that scrip. the authors are inspired by that which they are thinking on a better word would be meditating on...
2Pe 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost...as we see in this scrip...they also were inspired...now just who or what is GOD...
1Jn 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love...here GOD is love, therefore meditate on love and you too will be inspired of love [god]
Joh 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth...in this scrip god is spirit...so in order to be inspired by that spirit you must be in that spirit...now is the bible true???some things are true others are not but that is a different thread...oh...one more scrip...
Psa 45:1 To the chief Musician upon Shoshannim, for the sons of Korah, Maschil, A Song of loves. My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer...as you see this is my avatar the pen of a ready writer... yes at times I get inspired by that spirit and yes my pen is his tongue...all the holy books were written by the pens of ready writers...

I don't think your pen is his tongue. No offense.

The more its disputed, the more its proved... Although I'm looking through rose colored glasses.. I myself see only one choice. Its the truth. The older I get the clearer it is.. But we all also have been given the right to make the wrong choice and that road is wide.. I find myself on it time to time...We all fall short.. Sounds like you are looking in the right direction just from the question.. Give the LORD a little attention and I think you'll be surprised what you get back..

which lord would that be?? allah, mahamed, buddha, or good ole, to be announced at a later date, or good old j.c,? see, that's where i always get confused, everyone says worship our lord, we are the lord, we are the light, but which one do i follow? they can't all be right..

I grew up American, so it would be the trifecta Father , Son, and Holy Ghost.. Baptist as a kid,Ran as fast as I could the other way during my teens and twentys, and reconnected in my thirtys in a evangelical church. The more I learn the more I believe. He leads us all in different ways and at different times in our lives. And we all respond differently.

The stories of the old testament were originally written in hebrew to explain the unexplainable, and to keep the general population a set of rules to live by. The new testament was a collection of stories which the First Council of Nicaea decided how to explain a mans relationship to god.
I believe Jesus was Caesarion, which was the first born son of Julius Ceasar and Cleopatra.
If you want to worship a God, look to the sky. The sun makes all life possible.

There is no God. People tend to turn to religion as they get older because they can feel the coldness of the grave as their skin wrinkles, their strength wilts and their hair grays. The specter of nonexistence is frightening to behold, so they seek comfort in false salvation.

Unfortunately in order to keep the group close bogeymen must be created to craft the illusion of being attacked on all sides. This comes in the form of women being witches, gay people, secularism, other religions and a number of other "threats" that religions create to maintain the illusion that they are under attack. The religious, feeling persecuted, then lash out and burn or attack women, gays, atheists, people of other religions, etc -- actually becoming the persecutor.

There is no God, and the followers of this vile, fabricated creature make it harder for the rest of us during our limited time of existence. Choose the path of enlightenment, choose atheism.

Bravo very eloquently stated facts...The bible is the greatest work of fiction known to date...I was raised catholic and chose the true path on my own.

actually that's not 100% true because most of your mega churches are in their 20's -late 30's most of us older people, those of us that are in our 60's tend to not believe as we get older but there is always that 10% like they say live and learn
