Who's got thier own strain??

so like the title states, how many of ya'll have your own personal strain??? I have always wanted to breed MY perfect strain of pot, but need more space/freedom/time to do that one.... if you've got one down, I, and everyone else i'm sure, would absolutely LOVE to hear about it.....

I'm working on one right now, purple AK47xQ Bomb (a Mendo strain). I'm going to call it paQman if it turns out to be worthwhile. Just chopped and waiting for the buds and seeded buds to dry.

i'm in the very early stages of doing just that! i've never done any real breeding/crossing, but am going to give it a try. i realize it is a very long drawn out process to do correctly, and i have no experience. but i have the time and determined to do the best i can. even if it doesn't work out, it will be interesting.

is this the first cross??? so f1's?? i've done a little f1 breeding, and it seems that you cant really go wrong as long as the parent strains were good.... its when you get down to stabilizing a strain that it gets all complicated.

see above.... the first cross of two different strains (f1's), are all homogenous.... its the further breeding which gets much more complicated. But i strongly encourage everyone to do some simple f1 crosses to see the joys of making a new strain.... I've done two or three, but never took em past that.

I have a strain called Velvet Ice, which is a cross between Velvet Kush and Ice. I like it alot, as it matures fast, yields great, and the buzz lasts forever. :cool: I didn't breed it myself, I got it from a breeder overseas, as a test strain that i haven't seen on the market yet. I had another one called Royal Viking, but I only got my hands on one seed and it died shortly after germination, so I never got to try it.

first off ill be really miffed if someone takes my idea

i have a plan to crossbreed GOD and chocolope when i have more space/time/freedom/money.

ill name the strain brown baby jesus

I was pollinating my Northern Lights girls with a very good NL male and one of my White Widow females got a tad seeded as well so I made my first F1 cross on accident lol. Can't wait to grow it out though.. i'll have to think of some kind of name for it too.. I would have to assume there's a real strain out there with these 2 as it's parents somewhere.

there probably is a strain of those crosses already..... but this is YOURS, you can call it what you want;-)

sounds yummy..... I've never gotten to sample any of the diesels, though i am highly interested in them.... keep us updated on how that one comes out bro

i got a 2nd batch of (slapstick)going right now,it is a cross of,tora boraxgrape fx,from reserva privada,tora bora was the fem,grape fx was the female that put out some pollen sacks;-)
i took that pollen,put it on my tora bora,and got all fem seeds,it was only 12,but all fem,took them gal's,took clones and dusted them up,8-10 seeds from each clone.:lol:
planted 10 seeds from the best looking plants,now i'm down to two female's that i like,i will post pic's later:leaf:

and if a jesus christ DID exist, of corse he was dark skinned. how many white people with blue eyes were walking around the middle east 2000 years ago?

oh and keep me filled in on how this strain works for you. you got a journal?

Ya, I have a bunch of of (white widdow x nydiesel)x NYdiesel, (Royal dayne x Baby breath freak)x(white widdowx Ny diesel) and (white widow x nydiesel) x white widdow, so I am anxious to see the results of each, but they are no where near ready. I want to cross an auto with the widdow, I got a few male autos to chose from but I want to cross the widdow with a La Diva Male if I get one, otherwise I have 2 male Russian Rocket Fuel autos I can use, just figured La Diva is supposedly fruity and the widdow is super fruity, so I thought they would be great...but we shall see...

I wasn't really serious when telling you to be careful lol. I really don't care, and I am sure someone else has bred these two strains with the same name in mind, even if they never made it to the seedbanks.
