Why a stealth grow?

Hey everyone,

I'm not here to offend anyone, but just to ask a general question.

Why in the world do people go to such lengths, to grow MJ?

I know it's a beautiful plant, it's good to smoke, bla bla bla.

But in a frickin drawer? A closet? Under a bed?!

Man - I didn't believe it when I first saw all these fuckin james bond gadget stealth grows on RIU.

I grow in a pc case and my wardrobe easily. Generally in the UK can be down to like myself having a girlfriend who bloody annoying, or people who rent dont want to get kicked out by land lords but I do see what your saying sometimes your like why lol but then again can be the excitment of doing somethiing you shouldnt be right under your land lords nose? ;)

I thought the pc was a little strange until I saw someone pull out 2 oz from one.I never tried it though.I've grown in speakers,dressers and my favorite is the closet.
There are some nice grows in closets,wardrobes,etc on here.
Its not pathetic one bit if they are getting weed for free.
Don't put anyone down by the way they grow.

Anyway - I mean it's pathetic when people are desperately failing at it... I've seen people trying to do impossible shit, like putting an HPS in something the size of a hotel TV.. it's crazy haha

I agree. Things can be done with some home modifications but to only a certain degree but you do have quite bit of scope to play around!

The best stealth grow I've ever seen on here was in a big screen tv lol.
I got locked up before I could see if he finished it.

Why is it pathetic? Some people don't have the convenience of being able to have a whole grow room or a large space to grow.. or they need to keep it hidden from someone (i.e parents, gf, etc) so they need to settle for a stealth grow in a pc case or small closet. If I could I would have a big ass grow room, but unfortunately Im not in that situation so I have to settle for less.. but hey its better than not growing at all. You shouldn't knock it ;)

cause were potheads we are paranoid. but i just start mine inside then they go outdoors as established plants instead of little seedlings
