Why are my plants different sizes

I have some plants. They were started at the same time with the same conditions, but they have very different sizes .
P.S they are the same breed

Like kids some look like you but some look like mom or one is getting something more than other you got photos?

I've had that happen as well, but the runt always seems to catch up at the end.
These are same strain sprouted two hours apart and finished less than an ounce
difference.

I think maybe dad is being a little too overbearing and should allow more freedom of expression. Also the pots need some aeration. No perlite in the soil when using clay pots is restricting on the plants being able to be their fullest selves.
