Why do my lights pull 230 watt led pull almost 11 watts each when turned off?

I have 7 230 watts lights with Meanwell XLG-240-H-AB. When I purchased the lights I hooked them all up to my watt meter and they are pulling over 230 watts at 100%, all good. The thing is that I never thought to test them when they were turned off. After turning some off and leaving them in a tent for about week, I went to remove them to move them to a new tent and all the drivers were still warm. So I tested them and that's when I found 10.5ish watts being pulled when turned totally off by each of them, for a total of over 75 watts.

Any help would be appreciated.

Anything left plugged in will continue to draw a tiny amount even though it’s turned off.
About a yr ago, before I started growing, my wife called the power co to inquire about our $600-$700 elec bill every month.
The rep came out and told us to not only turn things off but to unplug b/c they will continue to draw, albeit a fraction of its functional usage.
Sounded legit when he explained it.
By the way, my wife is really gonna flip out when she sees the newest elec bill....now running a 320w HLG LED, 2 humidifiers, 2 dehumidifiers, 2 fans, and an exhaust unit..:..lol. My climate is nuts this time of yr. One day it’s 40degrees w/ 25-30 RH, the next day it can be 65degrees with a RH of 60 or more. I’m constantly chasing things.

Makes sense since 11 watts is a drop in the bucket
My cyclone fence for some reason produces 3.2 volts :wall:
