went out to change my resevoir water and noticed slimy looking roots coming out of the bucket that holds the plant and growth medium.ive been flowering this plant for about 5 weeks and the buds i see are pretty, lightly frosted and aromatic.what im saying is the plant looks fine to me but considering the roots dont i figure my plant could be better.what can i do at this stage of flowering to fix this and how could it have been prevented in the first place?i want long white stringy roots roots like isee other growers have.any help is greatly appreciated.

From what you are describing it sounds like you have root rot. It is caused by high water temps and/or low oxygen in the water. I have the same thing going on right now. It gets worse really fast. There are lots of opinions on how to battle it. Hygrozyme or SM-90 will keep it at bay untill harvest. What type system are you running? What are your rez temps? What size rez? and What size air pump? You need to have 1 watt of air pump per galon of water in your rez.
